Not in the traditional sense. OMB is a modernization clarity engagement — it shows you what to fix next, not what you did wrong.

Question 2: Will you implement anything for me?

This is a clarity and sequencing project, not a build-out. Implementation is part of PDO, SGS, or SAS programs.

Question 3: What if I’m too busy?

Great — OMB is made for owners who are too busy. It requires about 2–3 total hours from you over 3 weeks.

Question 4: What if I don’t have systems yet?

Perfect. OMB shows you what needs to be systemized first — and what not to waste money on.

Question 5: Do I need to know anything about AI?
