How long is a session?

Sessions aren't billed by the hour - they are designed to solve a problem. Most last between 45-75 minutes, depending on what we're tackling. The focus is on clarity and results, not the clock.

What kinds of problems can we work on?

Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

Yes - you'll answer a short intake form with your top three current challenges. That ensures our time is laser-focused and you get maximum value.

What if I need more than one session?

Some owners get exactly what they need in a single session. Others choose to schedule additional sessions or transition into a structured program (like PDO or OAB) for longer-term results. It’s entirely up to you.
